Curacao on the other hand is made up of the main island of Curacao and the small unoccupied Klein Curacao. Most of the travellers who get to this island are on crtuise ships. In 2013, the island received a total of 610,186 cruise passengers. It is also expected that the Lynx rocket plane will be taking adventure seekers on to a sub-orbital tour. Scuba diving and snorkeling are also common attractions to visitors.

Aruba has been a great destination. Its warm climate represents what has been great about a vacation to the Caribbean. Contrastingly, Curacao is the new thing. It has diversified the tourism package to such things as cruising, sub-orbital tours etc. It is heavily investing in high-end resorts and facilities.
