Terms and Conditions – US Residents

Pricing: From $5,195* pp twin share.

Booking, Deposit & Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due within 7 days of booking. Full balance is due no later than 70 days before departure. For bookings made within 70 days of departure full payment is required within 48 hours.

Fares: Fares include transport, entrance fees as per itinerary, plus services of a Travel Director and Driver and meals as specified.

Accommodation: Hotel accommodation includes twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, all hotel service charges, baggage handling fees and local taxes. Single rooms are available on request basis and a single supplement applies.

Cancellation penalties apply: For cancellations over 70 days prior to departure date = Loss of deposit; For cancellations 69 - 22 days prior to departure date = 25% of total price; For cancellations 21 - 8 days prior to departure date = 30% of total price; For cancellations 7 - 1 days prior to departure date = 50% of total price; For cancellations day of departure / no show = 100% of total price; Further cancellation fees may apply.

Passports & Visas: It is the responsibility of each individual passenger to have a valid passport and necessary visas, as well as to comply with entry, health or other requirements for the counties visited.

Triple Room Reduction, Single Supplement and Child Reduction: Triple Room reduction does not apply; Triple Rooms are subject to availability and may not be comfortable for three adults sharing one room. The supplement for a Single Room is $1363 per person. A child reduction is not available.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that passengers purchase travel insurance.

Terms and Conditions – Canadian Residents

Fares: Fares include transport, entrance fees as per itinerary, plus services of a driver and Travel Director and meals as specified. (This trip EXCLUDES airfares).

Booking, Deposit & Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit of C$200 p.p is due within 3 calendar days of booking. Full balance is due no later than 70 days before departure. Payment in full will be required at time of booking for reservations made less than 70 days prior to the departure date. 

Amendment Fees: A fee of C$35 or more per person, Per change is charged for any amendment to the reservation unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change to the guided vacation or departure date within 70 days prior to departure will be treated as a cancellation and normal cancellation fees will apply to this trip.  

Cancellation Fee: No. of Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Penalty. Over 45 Days: $200pp, non-refundable deposit 44 – 22 Days: 25% of total price per person 21 – 8 Days: 30% of total price per person 7 – 1 Days: 50% of total price per person Day of Departure / No Show: 100% of total price.

Passport and Visas: All guests including children must be in possession of a machine readable passport and applicable visas. Your Travel Agent will advise you as to information and travel documents (such as passports, visas, affidavits, etc.) that will be needed for each person for whom travel services are being booked. Trafalgar bears no responsibility for such information. 

Travel Insurance: Trafalgar recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance. Certain countries have a requirement for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. Trafalgar cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a guest is unable to provide details to authorities of insurance or denial of entry for any reason. Trip is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Not combinable with other promotions or any early payment discounts, group discounts, friends & family discounts. Combinable with past guest discount only. Quad rooms and guaranteed twin share are not available on this trip.  

Gratuities: Option to pre-pay gratuities for the Travel Director and Driver is C$189.00 per person.
