Australia is many things to different people, but different people are in agreement that there is no better adventure destination in the world than this southern hemisphere country. Perhaps its exotic wildlife and interesting aboriginal culture are the main draw for the tourists; but no one doubts its ability to turn an otherwise lackluster adventure into one of your holiday highlights. Below is a list of the activities you can engage in.

 Australia is Adventure

Australia is many things to different people, but different people are in agreement that there is no better adventure destination in the world than this southern hemisphere country. Perhaps its exotic wildlife and interesting aboriginal culture are the main draw for the tourists; but no one doubts its ability to turn an otherwise lackluster adventure into one of your holiday highlights. Below is a list of the activities you can engage in.

1. Climbing the Cradle Mountain

Rising to 1545 meters above the sea level, Cradle Mountain is one of the best destinations in the world to train yourself some mountaineering skills. Amazingly, once on the top, you will have a spectacular view of the surrounding beautiful scenery that include; Dove Lake, Barn Bluff and Mount Ossa

2. Sightseeing and photography at Wineglass Bay

This will involve a 45 minutes’ walk up a hill that will reward you with one of the most spectacular views in the world. Located on the Australian Island of Tasmanian the larger Freycinet National Park, Wine Glass Bay is a little paradise that you will be glad you visited.

3. The Australian East Coast Tour

If there is a country that is endowed with beautiful coastline, it is Australia. Bordering the coral reefed Indian Ocean, the Australian East Coast boasts endless quixotic beaches, coral reefs that feature diverse fish and flora, award winning vineyards and Aboriginal rock art that has been carbon dated back to more than 40 millennia.

4. Commune with nature at Litchfield National Park

Of all the national parks in Australia, Litchfield National Park in Darwin will win your heart. It boasts a rich aboriginal culture, diverse flora and fauna and the remnants of a monsoon forest that hosts exotic animal species such as Yellow Oriole, Fig bird, Pacific Keel, Spangled Drongo, Dollarbird and the Rainbow Bee-eater. You will have a lot of fun exploring this region.

5. Touring the Red Center

The Red center is used to refer to the largely semi-arid center of Australia that also hosts some of Australia's biggest tourist attractions including; Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon. Amazingly, during your tour, you will also get to mingle with Aboriginal communities at Oak Valley and Rainbow Valley.

An Adventure in Australia is not only about seeing the wildlife - it also includes mingling with the Aborigines. Believe me; there is so much you can learn from these jungle tribes about jungle survival.
